Suzi lives and breathes connection, she loves to bring clients and the team together to collaborate on projects.
Suzi is a wearer of many hats. As Project Manager, she facilitates timelines and loves to deliver beyond clients’ expectations. And as Vice CEO of Amperative, she helps create the ethos, environment, and type of work that helps us all to love our jobs.
Her favourite part of the day is doing the tea run and going around the office to see how everyone is.
Suzi founded design agency, Hullo Creative, a company with whole-person values at its heart for both the client and the team—a completely different way of thinking and working to what she had experienced in other agencies. All the Hullo team are now part of this bigger company, and these values are baked into the foundations of Amperative.
Outside the studio, Suzi spends time with her two young children, who simultaneously make her laugh and pull her hair out. She also paints, and sews, and supports friends and family–all with the same dedication that Suzi applies to everything.
