Initial Consultation

As the scale of discovery depends on the size and complexity of the project, an initial consultation will enable us to assess what works best for you. Some or all of the following may be appropriate.

Workshops

A really useful way for us to get to know you and your stakeholders, listen to your needs and ask questions. It’s important to understand the goals for your project and how we measure these. We have various tools and processes to help guide the discussions and may break down into smaller focused sessions.

Research

Understanding your target audience, researching your market, competitors or peers and, if required, investigating possible tools, integrations and existing solutions.

UX Focus

User Experience (UX) starts right at the discovery phase of a project. UX is about maintaining a clear focus on building a verified working product for the user from foundations to the end of the project.

User Profiling
& Journeys

As part of great UX we delve deeper into your target audience, we work with you to create user profiles, understanding what their needs are, how to engage them, creating user journeys and calls to action.

Content

Together with your branding, content is a key element of any design or development project. We can help with content strategy and bring in our experts to help with copywriting, SEO, imagery, animations and videos.
