The first challenge on this project was the short timescale - only 10 working days! It was really important to us that all the stands had a personalised look and were relevant to what each exhibitor wanted to display or showcase.
For our team to deliver great results effectively, it was important that everyone had a slick and easy process to follow. We required a quick turnaround for feedback and design tweaks that didn’t feel too rushed for either the exhibitors or our designers.
We created a clear procedure for each exhibitor to follow, as well as internal processes (such as templates and checklists) for our design team. This included setting up a secure file portal so that information could be submitted to us easily and safely.
We took on all communication for the individual stands. Our dedicated project manager kept Innovate up to date on progress and liaised with the printer throughout. Our creative lead took on quality control, alongside other team members checking and proofreading each design.
We gave full priority to this work in the studio. Pulling in all of our design team members meant we could create a variety of different styles for each stand, play to individual strengths and fulfil the quick turnaround that was required.
As a bonus, we were also able to send a photographer to get some great images of the whole exhibition, with a walkaround video included.
